Evil, but cute & gay about it
...ramblings of the imperfectly innocent

One of the things that I have always wanted to experience was thundersnow. Today was that day!

I was having dinner with a friend up at Boom Noodle on Cap Hill around 7:30. There was a huge flash of lightning followed by the inevitable crack of thunder, and as we looked outside... the hard rain had turned into snow! The cars were covered in a nice thin layer of white slush, and I had to run outside to revel in the falling whiteness.

Simply glorious!

The thundersnow was glorious! But not entirely satisfying, I must admit. It did not assuage the fantasy/image of being on some mountain, playing around in 2 foot deep snow, still falling, with a huge set of black clouds above, roaring with thunder. Someday.

And how are you? I still haven't emailed you, and I feel so bad for taking so long to even reply to your post here. Hopefully we can chat more soon. *hugs*
