Went to bed around 8:30, and didn't want to oversleep, so set my alarm for 7. Slept solidly for those 10 hours. Wednesday was mostly normal, went to bed at 10, and didn't set the alarm. Got up at 8 (was hoping for 6). Did not have nearly as restful a sleep as I should have. A number of years ago, I was diagnosed as not having apnea, but I'm starting to suspect I do. Or some other sleep disorder. I know I need nasal surgery (deviated and perforated septum), and that might help. I've been planning on getting that done this year (extra FSA money), but we're changing insurance at work (surprise!) so I think most of that planning is down the tubes. Back to square one, I guess.
Had a long day at work, with some stuff accomplished, and other stuff being as frustrating as possible. I'm tired now, and tired means cranky. Some ongoing negative events are weighing heavily, but I'm sure it's just lack of rest. I'm not making any rash decisions tonight, but I really want to. Grr.
