Progress this month was kinda weird. Body fat percentage
slightly, even if my weight went down nicely
. That means, of course, muscle mass
went down. Way down. Ugh. Nothing to be proud of this month; I'm only posting this stuff to keep me honest at this point.
I don't even know why this happened. I'll have to look into stepping up my workout somehow. The good news is that my unregulated blood pressure is way down: 134/80. Woo!
