So much for a sane sleep schedule. It's 1:20 am, and I'm not tired. Even a little.

I've had mixed success with OTC sleeping pills (Diphenhydramine HCl), and no success with melatonin; I'll try adding valarian root and see if that helps. Mostly when I can't sleep I'm laying in bed for about 90 minutes, no lights or distractions, and just. can't. sleep.

Me? Up at 7am? HahahahaHAHAHAhahaha. Uh, no, not going to happen. And if I were to work out in the morning, I wouldn't be getting in to work until, say, 1pm, which would not work so well. What I *might* be able to do is shift my schedule from MWF to SuThF so that on most work nights I'm not working out, and I still have my weekends basically open. We'll see.


And I didn't even work out on Monday night! I did tonight, though, and I can already tell it's not going to be an easy night, which sucks because I have to be up early tomorrow.
